AI, society, governance and Latin American perspectivesWhy it matters
This is a useful publication route for people working at the intersection of AI, public policy, social sciences, humanities, culture and regional development. It can help surface Latin American perspectives that are often missing from technical AI debates, and it gives researchers and practitioners a concrete way to connect their work with a regional index already used as a public reference.
Who should look at it
Experts and practitioners in humanities, arts, social sciences, cultural studies, philosophy, education, communication, design, public policy, responsible AI, governance and related fields. It is also relevant for universities, research centers, civic-tech groups and AI communities that want to contribute a regional perspective rather than only a technical product.
