Who should look at it
Single applicants only. Eligible profiles include universities, research institutes, technology developers, R&D SMEs, innovation-driven startups and other multidisciplinary actors connected to African agri-food systems and trade challenges.
Application details
Eight sub-projects will be selected. Total OC1 budget is EUR 400,000, with up to EUR 50,000 per third party.

Only single applicants are allowed; consortia are not accepted for this open call.
Selected sub-projects are expected to run from November 2026 to October 2027 across design, development and validation phases.
